تشخیص آلودگی ژیاردیایی وکریپتوسپوریدیائی آب هویج و آب طالبی شهر شیراز و ارتباط آن با برخی شاخص های بهداشتی

خلاصهدر مطالعه حاضر، شهر شیراز به پنج منطقه تقسیم شد و در مجموع 200 نمونه (یکصد نمونه آب هویج و یکصد نمونه آب طالبی) جمع آوری گردید. آزمایش نمونه ها با روش شناورسازی برای کیست ژیاردیا و روش رنگ آمیزی زیل نیلسون اصلاح شده برای اُاُسیست کریپتوسپوریدیوم انجام گرفت. همه نمونه های آب طالبی از نظر وجود آلودگی انگلی منفی بودند؛ اما دو نمونه آب هویج (دو درصد) به کیست ژیاردیا (-2 10×5 و -2 10×10 کیست در سانتی متر مکعب) و سیزده نمونه (13 درصد) به اُاُسیست های کریپتوسپوریدیوم ( 7- 1050 اُاُسیست در سانتی متر مکعب) آلوده بودند. اختلاف معنی داری بین میزان آلودگی در مناطق مختلف شهر وجود نداشت و نیز رابطه ای بین شاخص های بهداشتی واحدهای صنفی (وجود کف شور، صندوقدار، کاشی کف، کاشی دیوار، وضعیت ظاهری، استفاده از روپوش و کلاه) و میزان و شدت آلودگی مشاهده نگردید. با توجه به میزان بالای آلودگی آب هویج، شستشوی بهداشتی آن پیش از آبگیری جهت کاهش میزان آلودگی توصیه می شود.

A survey on Giardia and Cryptosporidium contamination of carrot and cantaloupe juice in Shiraz and its association with some hygienic indices

AbstractIn the present study, a total of two hundred samples (100 samples from carrot juice and 100 samples from cantaloupe juice) were collected and examined by floatation method for Giardia cysts and by modified Ziehl-Nielson staining for Cryptosporidium oocysts. All cantaloupe juice samples were negative for both parasite, but two carrot juice samples (2%) were positive for Giardia cysts (5×10 -2 & 10×10 -2 cysts per cubic centimeter) and thirteen samples (13%) for Cryptosporidium oocysts (7- 1050 oocysts per cubic centimeter). There was no significant association between different localities, hygienic indices of shops (appearance situation, lining walls and floors with tile, existing cashier, using topcoat and hat), contamination rate and infection intensity. Regarding to high contamination rate of carrot juice, its sanitary washing before making juice appears to be essential in reducing infection rate.
