بروز ناهنجاری‌های آلت تناسلی همراه با کاتاراکت دوطرفه در یک قلاده سگ نر

چکیده

در طب دام­های کوچک ناهنجاری­های تناسلی غیر معمول بوده و رخداد همزمان این ناهنجاری‌ها با نقائص سایر ارگان‌ها به ندرت انتشار یافته است. هدف از این گزارش درمانگاهی نیز توصیف بروز هیپوسپادیاس، فرنولوم پایدار آلت تناسلی همراه با کاتاراکت دوطرفه در یک سگ می­باشد. یک قلاده سگ نر بالغ از نژاد آمیخته تریر با شکایت صاحب حیوان مبنی بر وجود کدورت مزمن در چشم‌ها به یک بیمارستان تخصصی دامپزشکی ارجاع داده شد. یافته‌های حاصل از معاینات عمومی فاقد نتایج غیرطبیعی بود. اما در معاینات تخصصی چشم‌ کاتاراکت نابالغ دو طرفه مشهود گشت. شایان ذکر است که پس از خارج کردن آلت تناسلی از غلاف قضیب، هیپوسپادیاس حشفه­ای و فرنولوم پایدار آلت تناسلی نیز تشخیص داده شد. به علت پایدار بودن وضعیت بیمار، جراحی آزادسازی آلت تناسلی از طریق اعمال برش بر فرنولوم باقی مانده و همچنین عقیم­سازی به روش اُرکیکتومی بدون عوارض خاصی انجام پذیرفت. بر اساس این تحقیق بروز کاتاراکت همزمان با هیپوسپادیاس و فرنولوم پایدار آلت تناسلی به عنوان یک سندرم در سگ‌ها محتمل می‌باشد. با این حال، برای درک بهتر چنین ناهنجاری تکاملی پیچیده‌ای، توصیف الگوهای شناسایی‌شده با جزئیات بیشتر آموزنده خواهد بود و مطالعات بیشتر در مورد عوامل ژنتیکی یا اپی‌ژنتیکی ضروری می­باشد.

چکیده [English]

Genital anomalies are uncommon in small animal medicine, and the concomitant occurrence of these anomalies with other organ defects has rarely been reported. The purpose of this clinical report is to describe the occurrence of hypospadias and persistent penile frenulum with bilateral cataracts in a dog. An adult male mixed-breed terrier was referred to a specialized veterinary hospital with the owner's complaint of chronic opacity in the eyes. The findings from general examinations were without abnormal results. However, bilateral immature cataracts were evident in specialized ophthalmic examinations. It is worth noting that after the extrusion of the penis from the prepuce, hypospadias and persistent penile frenulum were also diagnosed. Due to the patient's stable condition, penile release surgery by cutting the remaining frenulum and castration by orchiectomy were performed without any complications. Based on this research, the occurrence of cataracts concurrent with penile hypospadias and persistent frenulum is probable as a syndrome in dogs. However, to better understand such a complex developmental anomaly, it would be instructive to describe the identified patterns in more detail, and further studies on genetic or epigenetic factors are necessary.
